Have no fear MSNSQRL are here with digital free activities for the whole family!
Are you dreading the “I’m bored!” statement that we are all so use to especially during summer break. Out of ideas and finding it easier to just give in and watch tv or play video games. We understand that it is nice to take a break and just relax enjoying one of our favorite shows or playing a video game, but we don’t want to jump to that as the first option.
Does this sound like you?
I want to unplug from digital devices, but I don’t know what else to do for fun but…
- It costs too much.
- There’s nowhere to go.
- There’s nothing to do at home.
Have you found yourself saying any of these or hearing them from another family member?
If you have, fear not, Moose & Squirrel are here to save the day!
Below are some solutions that Moose & Squirrel implement to help with escaping from the grasps of the Digital Screen’s rabbit hole.

Conclusion
Digital activities such as video games, televisions, etc can be great tools for when all other non-digital activities have been exhausted, but when it’s the first option that is used then it makes it harder to think of non-digital activities to do. Try some of the ideas above from the different cost categories, and look in the local newspaper/magazines, local community centers/libraries, bulletin boards at local businesses or even join local clubs or organizations.
